Terms of Service

BidBrief is operated by Mindset Logistics LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using BidBrief you agree to these Terms. If you use BidBrief for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.

BidBrief helps government contractors find opportunities and prepare bids. It gathers public data (for example from SAM.gov and USASpending.gov) and produces analysis such as eligibility checks, requirement summaries, pricing benchmarks, partner suggestions, compliance checklists and draft outlines.

BidBrief never submits anything to the government for you. A person on your team must review and approve every bid.

BidBrief does not guarantee that you will win any contract, that a bid will be accepted, or any amount of revenue or profit.

All analysis, scores, prices and drafts are estimates and suggestions, generated in part automatically, and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Public data can contain errors, and agencies can change or cancel solicitations at any time.

You are solely responsible for every decision you make and everything you submit, including your prices, certifications, representations, eligibility, and compliance with the solicitation, the FAR and any other law. Always read the official solicitation and its amendments before bidding. Get your own legal, accounting or contracting advice where you need it.

BidBrief and Mindset Logistics LLC are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for SAM.gov, the General Services Administration or any other U.S. government agency.

Keep your login private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You keep ownership of the company information and documents you upload, and you give us permission to process them only to provide BidBrief to you. Only upload documents you have the right to share. Don't upload classified or export-controlled information.

Don't misuse BidBrief: no reselling or sharing access, scraping, reverse engineering, overloading the service, or using it for anything unlawful or misleading. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Manage billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

BidBrief's software, design, text and branding belong to Mindset Logistics LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a limited, non-transferable right to use BidBrief for your own business while your account is active.

BidBrief is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mindset Logistics LLC will not be liable for any lost contracts, lost profits or revenue, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to BidBrief is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

You agree to cover us for claims and costs arising from your bids, the content you upload, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

We may update BidBrief and these Terms. If we make a material change we will post it here and update the date above; continuing to use BidBrief means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using BidBrief at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
