BidBrief is operated by Mindset Logistics LLC. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

• Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store it in plain text).
• Company profile: the information you enter, such as company name, NAICS codes, capabilities, certifications and target agencies.
• Your work in BidBrief: opportunities you save, pipeline runs and their results, contracts you track, and documents you upload.
• Billing records: your plan and Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical data: a login cookie to keep you signed in, and basic server logs (such as IP address and errors) used for security and troubleshooting.

Only to run BidBrief for you: matching and analyzing opportunities, sending your daily alert emails, processing payments, keeping the service secure, and answering your requests. We don't use your data for advertising.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run BidBrief, and only as needed:

• Stripe (payments)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Railway (hosting and database)
• Our analysis services, which receive opportunity details and your company profile to produce results

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Paid plans include daily opportunity alert emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can turn alerts off in your company profile. We may still send account and billing messages.

Data is sent over encrypted connections and passwords are hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password. We keep your data while your account is open and delete it within a reasonable time after you ask us to close your account, except where we must keep records (for example, billing records) by law.

You can view and update your company profile at any time, unsubscribe from alerts, and ask us to export or delete your data by contacting us below.

BidBrief is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date above.
